CTS Vehicle Tracking UI

CTS were building a new vehicle tracking software. UX/UI design was needed to best display the breadth of data available, and present that information as a series of day-to-day management tools that can help maximise the efficiency of the fleet. With information being available both live and retrospectively, it was important to separate the data based on different user assignments.
Key design features
Open multiple views and scroll through them horizontally, allowing for specific investigation to run alongside day-to-day management.
Simple filter interface to easily focus on vehicles, drivers, geo-locations, or any user-created sub-group, down to the individual.
Entire overview of every vehicle visible on one grid. Quick to read and react to live updates of a vehicle's status and location.
Future-proofed by adopting an app-based functionality. Updates and new services can be easily added.
